The MemberKey
Management and Accounting System is the perfect solution to facilitate

Information is entered into the membership
roster and master files once. From these files, the information is
picked up by other areas of the system saving valuable time by
avoiding reentering of data. MemberKey aides in mailings by
categorizing membership according to user defined parameters. The
system includes a complete accounting package Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Grouping of accounts in the
General Ledger is standard.
Tracking dues, sales and other contributions,
if applicable, is done separately simplifying the accounting process.
Dues schedule is available annually, semiannually, or monthly.
Entering cash on the fly is one click.
Another important component is the planning,
tracking, and organizing entire events. MemberKey has a detailed Event
Module. This module encompasses the entire venue from start to finish
including the printing of badges and/or seating assignments. The
number of events is unlimited. Previous Event histories are stored and
a financial analysis and comparison to previous years is available on
each event.
MemberKey generates over 100 reports analyzing
the relevant data. These reports are viewable on the screen without
printing. MemberKey uses a 100% Relational database so all reports are
up to the minute. Information in MemberKey is exportable to other
formats for mailings, Journals or Newsletters.
