options to fit your companies' needs. There is individualized telephone
training, online training and onsite training available. Telephone and online
training may be purchased on an hourly basis or by taking advantage of a Support
Plan. The Training Department is dedicated to providing a range of training
options that meet your budget and time schedule.
Telephone Training
Telephone training is tailored to your companies' needs. Whether you have one
person that needs specific training or several people that need a general
introduction, you can effectively get the information you need, all while
entering data in your own system. All telephone training is done by qualified

Online Training
Online training
is the most cost effective way to train your office staff in subjects that
matter. Training can be one to one or in group sessions at a discounted price.
This form of training uses the power of the Internet to visually show you how to
do things, all while on a conference call with a trainer. Select the training sessions you would like to attend by viewing the
Online Training Schedule, then fill out a Training Signup Form or call the Training Department at

Onsite Training
Reliable Group
can send certified personnel to your company for workshops. These
workshops are very intensive and give you a jump-start to get up and running. To
