Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Transformation and Structuring:
- Convert raw tabular datasets into clear, concise, and coherent paragraphs.
- Reorganize unstructured content into logical, AI-compatible formats while ensuring data integrity.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Proofread and edit structured content to eliminate errors and ensure consistency.
- Verify and validate transformed data to maintain accuracy and precision.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with AI developers, data analysts, and product managers to understand project-specific requirements.
- Clarify ambiguities in raw data inputs through effective communication.
4. Documentation and Standards:
- Adhere to company-defined data entry and formatting standards.
- Maintain organized logs of completed tasks for seamless team collaboration.
5. Efficiency and Optimization:
Propose improvements to data entry and transformation processes.
Identify areas for streamlining data workflows to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with data management tools and text processing applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to interpret and analyze tabular and textual data effectively.
- High-level attention to detail and precision in data handling.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication for clear and structured data presentation.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, or previous experience in preparing datasets for AI ingestion
