About the Job
We’re seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner & Operations Lead with a minimum of 14 years of progressive HR experience. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives and managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Process: Align HR strategies with business objectives, design and implement scalable HR processes for onboarding, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, HR policies, and best practices. Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, and background verification processes.
Employee Records and Administration: Manage employee records in HRMS, handle exit formalities, and address employee inquiries.
Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives. Collect employee feedback and implement strategies to boost employee morale and retention.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on HR processes and tools.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights to senior management.
Operations Management: Manage travel arrangements, office administration, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 14 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and legal requirements.
- HRIS implementation and management experience.
- Project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- HRIS proficiency and attention to detail.
