Inclusivity is powered by good data management

Inclusivity is a hot topic, on and off the Hollywood screen.

It is a positive shift in thinking that is being adapted globally to create equity and impact productivity.

As the content we binge continues progressing by featuring diverse casts, our boardrooms and organizations are following suit, as well.

“We should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color.” – Maya Angelou

Inclusivity isn’t just about filling a quota, but diversifying the brain power in the room.

While programming languages remain the same around the world, each coder has their own unique signature.

In order to access the genius that is the human mind, inclusivity isn’t an HR initiative, but a viable method of innovation, relevance, and integrity.

Inclusivity? There’s a data-based solution for that.
When an international law-firm approached us with their goal to diversify the workforce, we were thrilled.

It’s not every day that a code you write can help create equity for thousands of people around the world and set up a culture of inclusivity.

Our team knew how to manage the historic hiring data and utilize it to create a comprehensive plan that would enable inclusive hiring processes.

The bank’s HR executives were given easy to access dashboards with tracking of new hire counts, active employees by region and ethnicity, employment types, gender distribution, age distribution, and more.

The power of data is tremendous and this time, we were lucky enough to use it for something that went way beyond P&Ls.

Can you think of another scenario where coding can be used to change the landscape for the world’s issues?
