Build Operations That Companies Own

Join teams working across AI-enabled workflows, technology, regulated operations and the operating infrastructure behind company-owned India centers. Every role says which entity would employ you and what the work actually involves.

Open Roles

No Confirmed Openings Right Now

We would rather say that than list roles we cannot confirm are still open. Below are the role families we hire for continuously, and we do read speculative applications against them.

Talent acquisition

Vadodara, Noida, Hyderabad

Recruiting into client-owned entities as well as our own, which means the hiring bar is set by the client function rather than by us. Sourcing, screening and closing at senior levels, with real accountability for the offer-accept rate.

Employed by Reliable Group Paragon LLP

HR, payroll and statutory compliance

Vadodara, Noida

Employment administration, statutory contributions and filings across multiple entities, including client-owned ones. Precision work where an error is visible immediately and erodes trust.

Employed by Reliable Group Paragon LLP

IT and infrastructure operations

Hyderabad, Pune

Running the workspace, network and endpoint estate across six cities, and the identity and access work that governed AI roles depend on. Least-privilege access is a design constraint here, not a policy document.

Employed by Reliable Group Paragon LLP

Finance and controllership

Mumbai, Vadodara

Close, reporting and controls across two jurisdictions and several entities, including the intercompany arrangements that come with that. Judgment work rather than processing, since the processing is increasingly not done by people.

Employed by Reliable Group Paragon LLP

Client delivery and operations

All six India cities

Owning the commitments made in an engagement and being the escalation point when they are at risk. Senior individual-contributor work: judgment, exceptions, relationships and escalations, which is exactly the layer our own operating model says stays human.

Employed by Reliable Group Paragon LLP

AI engineering and operating design

Bengaluru, Pune, and New York

Designing and building governed AI roles: context architecture, orchestration, evaluation harnesses and the control framework around them. Production systems inside regulated workflows rather than prototypes.

Employed by Varies. Reliable Group Paragon LLP in India, Reliable Group in the US

Send a CV and a short note about which family fits and why. A person reads it, and we reply either way, usually within five business days.

Recruitment fraud: read this before you engage with anyone

People impersonate US-headquartered companies to defraud candidates in India, and it works because the offer looks plausible and the fee sounds procedural. Here is what is true of our hiring, so you can tell the difference.

  • We never ask a candidate for money. Not a registration fee, a training fee, a security deposit, a visa or processing fee, or a refundable deposit of any kind, at any stage.
  • Our recruiters write from an address ending in @reliablegroup.com. We do not conduct hiring through free webmail accounts, and an offer from a lookalike domain is not from us.
  • We do not make offers over a messaging app alone, and we do not issue an offer letter before an interview has taken place.
  • We never ask for bank account details, government identification numbers or payment card information during the interview process. Those are collected only after an offer is accepted, through the onboarding process, and never over chat.
  • We do not require a candidate to purchase equipment, software or training from us or from a named third party as a condition of employment.

Our only recruiting domain is reliablegroup.com, and our only recruiting address is careers@reliablegroup.com.

If someone has contacted you claiming to recruit for Reliable Group and any of the above does not match, forward the message to careers@reliablegroup.com. If you have already paid money, report it to your local cyber-crime authority as well as to us. We would rather hear from a hundred people who were being careful than from one who was not.

How We Work

What This Place Is Actually Like

Written to be useful to someone deciding whether to apply, which means including the parts that will not suit everyone.

The work is operational, and the consequences are real

A payroll error is visible the same day. A missed statutory filing creates exposure. A workflow that breaks stops a client function. That is satisfying if you like work where the outcome is unambiguous, and stressful if you would rather the feedback loop were longer.

You will work alongside governed AI roles, not against them

We have moved a lot of routine processing to AI roles inside our own operations. The human work here skews toward judgment, exceptions and relationships as a result. It also means the bar for the human roles has gone up, and we say so in interviews.

Small teams, wide scope

You will own more surface than you would at a company ten times the size, with less structure around you. People who want a clearly bounded remit and a defined ladder tend not to enjoy this. People who want scope tend to.

Two jurisdictions, one company

India and the US operate as one company rather than as a headquarters and a delivery centre. That shows up in who is in which meetings. It also means real overlap hours with US colleagues, which is a genuine constraint on your day.

Employee Experience

Learning, Mobility and What a Manager Owes You

Commitments rather than adjectives. v1.0 asked for this section in place of the culture tiles that were here.

Learning

Time and budget for certification relevant to your function, plus internal work on how governed AI roles are designed and controlled, which is a genuinely transferable skill right now. What we will not promise is a generic training catalogue nobody opens.

Mobility

Movement between functions is normal here and several of our senior people have done it. Movement between cities is possible where a role exists. Movement to the US is rare, and we will not imply otherwise in an interview.

What a manager here owes you

A written scope, a named set of things you own, feedback in the week rather than at review time, and a straight answer about progression including when the answer is not yet. A manager not doing those has a performance problem of their own.

Hiring Process

What Happens After You Apply

Three to four conversations over two to three weeks. If it is going to take longer, we will tell you why rather than going quiet.

  1. Application read by a person

Within five business days, and you get a reply either way. A rejection at this stage is usually about the role needing something specific rather than about you.

  2. Screening conversation

Thirty minutes on the role, what you have done, and the compensation range. We raise the range in this call rather than at the end, because discovering a mismatch after four interviews wastes your time.

  3. Functional interview with the hiring manager

The person you would report to. Depth on the work itself. This is also your chance to interview them, and you should.

  4. Work sample or scenario

A realistic problem from the actual role, discussed rather than graded, and bounded to a reasonable amount of your time. We do not ask candidates to do unpaid work we would otherwise pay for.

  5. Final conversation and offer

A written offer stating the employing entity, the reporting line, the work arrangement and the compensation structure. Onboarding details, including anything requiring identification or bank details, come only after you accept, and never over a messaging app.

Where You Would Work

Six India Cities and New York

Which city a role sits in depends on where that function has real depth. The city-by-city view is on the Locations page.

Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Vadodara and Bengaluru, also written Bangalore, plus the US headquarters in New York.

FAQ

Questions Candidates Ask

In India, Reliable Group Paragon LLP. In the United States, Reliable Group. Some roles supporting a client-owned entity involve working alongside that client’s team day to day while remaining employed by us, and we say which arrangement applies before an offer rather than after.

No. Never a registration fee, training fee, security deposit, visa or processing fee, or a refundable deposit. Anyone asking a candidate for money in our name is committing fraud, and we would like to know about it.

Our recruiters write from addresses ending in @reliablegroup.com. We do not hire through free webmail accounts, we do not issue offer letters before an interview, and we do not make offers over a messaging app alone. If you are unsure, forward the message to careers@reliablegroup.com and we will confirm.

It varies by role and is stated on each posting. Most operations roles are in office or hybrid, because the work involves a shared operating floor and, in regulated functions, controlled access to client systems. Engineering roles have more flexibility. We state the arrangement in the posting rather than leaving it to be negotiated after an offer.

Typically a screening conversation, a functional interview with the hiring manager, a work-sample or scenario discussion relevant to the role, and a final conversation. Usually three to four conversations over two to three weeks. If it is going to take longer than that, we will tell you why.

Write to careers@reliablegroup.com and tell us what you need. We will arrange it, and requesting an accommodation plays no part in the hiring decision.
