Best fit
- You need a working India location and a device estate that meets your security baseline, not a generic office.
- Your security team has a baseline and wants it implemented rather than approximated.
- You expect the footprint to grow, so the fit-out and the network should be designed for the second phase.
- You want physical, IT, security and continuity treated as four separate problems, because they are.
Not a fit
- You want a hot-desk arrangement for a handful of people indefinitely. FLEXI shared space is the cheaper answer.
- You want us to accept a security exception on your behalf. We implement your baseline; we do not vary it.
- You need a location in a city where the talent for your roles does not exist. Location strategy comes first.
Process and Responsibilities
Every line below is either yours or ours. Nothing is left to be assumed at kickoff.

What You Receive, and How Often
- Deployment pattern
- Standard is shared Reliable Group space with your access controls, used under FLEXI and early COPO. Enhanced is dedicated, badge-segregated space with your own network segment. Client-specific is a leased floor in your name, built to your standard. We recommend one and state what each costs in flexibility.
- Facility documentation
- Floor plan, seat count, access-control model, visitor procedure and the physical-security control list, current as of handover.
- Device and network inventory
- Every endpoint and circuit with its configuration, ownership and support path. Reconciled monthly rather than at audit.
- Service levels
- Response and restoration targets for device failure, connectivity loss and access issues, written into the agreement with the measurement method defined. Stated as commitments rather than aspirations.
- Continuity plan and test record
- The plan mapped to your recovery objectives, plus evidence of the last test and what it found.

Timing on this work depends on things neither of us fully controls. Naming them up front is how a plan survives contact with reality.
