By accessing and using the Reliable Group website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Description of Services

Reliable Group provides operating-design and implementation services: Global Capability Center setup and entity registration, talent acquisition, HR and payroll management, workspace and IT infrastructure, and operational management for US companies establishing India operations. We also design and build governed AI workflows, integrate them with client systems of record, and run knowledge-capture engagements that establish an evidence base for how work is currently performed.

This section describes what we do in general terms only. These are website terms. They do not create, define or vary any service relationship. The scope, obligations, service levels, data handling terms and commercial terms of any engagement are set out exclusively in the individual client agreement and its schedules, which govern in the event of any inconsistency with anything on this website.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from this website

Reliable Group maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, operational data, and business processes. The specific terms of confidentiality are governed by individual client agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and applicable data protection regulations.

The information and materials on this website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Reliable Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, this website. Cost estimates, timelines, illustrative operating models and other projections provided through this website or its interactive tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding commitments.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.

Reliable Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website, and substantive changes are summarised in the version history at the end of this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

What changed, and when. Substantive changes are summarised here rather than only reflected in a revised date, so you can see what moved.

  1. Structural revision. Added a plain-language summary, a table of contents, an effective date and this version history. Section 2 was updated to describe the governed AI workflow and knowledge-capture work, and to state explicitly that these are website terms which do not create or vary a service relationship. Section 6 now names illustrative operating models among the non-binding material. Operative clauses were not otherwise altered.
