What changed, and when. Substantive changes are summarised here rather than only reflected in a revised date, so you can see what moved.
- Structural revision. Added a plain-language summary, a table of contents, an effective date, this version history, and a cookies section cross-referencing the Cookie Policy. Clarified in section 3 that submitting an enquiry form does not enrol you in marketing communications, matching a change made to the contact form on the same date. Operative clauses were not otherwise altered.
