Take over management later (BOT)
A clause inside COPO: the right to take over operational management on pre-agreed terms, inside an agreed transfer window.

Own the capability, not a vendor contract
Seats rented from a vendor are a cost you never take back in house. Each model is built to reduce your dependence on us. Here is who owns the entity, who employs the team, who runs it and what transfers.

Operating assets Reliable Group held means leases, equipment, vendor contracts, documentation, AI workflows and data access. Your client-specific workflows, data and documentation are yours. Trace is Reliable Group software, licensed under the engagement; third-party tools keep their own license terms. Open-source components and third-party models keep their own licenses, and Reliable Group's pre-existing tools and methods remain ours. Your engagement contract governs.
Flexi, the bridge to ownership
Flexi is for clients who want a team before they want an India entity. Reliable Group's entity employs the team and we run it under your direction. When your entity is ready, the team moves into it and the engagement continues as COPO, with or without a BOT clause. Until that move, the entity and the employment are ours.

Under your controls
Answers for your board on data and employment risk
Before the team touches protected health information, we execute a business associate agreement. Work your contracts keep onshore stays with your US staff. In Flexi our entity employs the team; in COPO yours does. Employment contracts are counsel reviewed, and Indian statutory filings are tracked on a schedule.
