For group purchasing organizations
Fee reports slow to tie. Members billed off contract.
An AI operating partner: we measure one team, such as admin fee reconciliation, then rebuild and run that work.
Where the hours go
Admin fee revenue slow to tie to cash.
Supplier reports in every layout, some late or short. AI reads each; automation ties it to member, contract and cash.
Members billed off contract.
Each ticket needs the LOC, price exhibit, manufacturer approval and roster date, and members raise it at renewal. Automation assembles the evidence.
A roster backlog after every merger.
Affiliate adds, terminations and merger site changes matched to HIN and GLN by hand. AI matches; automation pushes rosters.
What we do, and what we leave alone
Sourcing wins the price. Hand work delivers it.
Sourcing decides what goes on contract; manufacturers approve the tier. Site matching, roster dating and price load checks are hand work, and each miss becomes a ticket. We take that work; your staff confirm membership and approve disclosures and payouts.
- No supplier changes its file
- Award decisions stay with sourcing
- Product evaluation stays with clinicians
What we build and run
Fee reports tied to cash. Rosters kept current.
- Rules-based automation first
- AI for unstructured documents
- People for judgment and accountability

What transfers: No GPO engagement is published yet. This is a team build for a distributor on the other side of the contract; only the team setup transfers, not fee or roster automation.
Questions GPO leaders ask
Cost to serve and fee revenue. Cost: hand work in member services, contract administration and fee reconciliation. Revenue: supplier fees that arrive late or unmatched. The discovery measures one team's hours and prices each rebuild against what those hours cost. You decide on that evidence.
One fixed fee for a six to eight week discovery of one team, such as admin fee reconciliation or rosters. You get a workflow map and a fixed-price proposal for the first build. Build it yourself, have us run it, or stop.
That variation is the work. The build reads each supplier's report as it arrives, flat file or PDF, maps it to member, contract and tier, flags late or missing reports and compares sales to tracing data where you have it. Your finance team approves payouts.
We prepare them. A denied chargeback usually surfaces as a member billed off contract. The build pulls the LOC, roster history and manufacturer approval into one ticket. Your analyst confirms membership; tier eligibility stays the manufacturer's call.
The build matches on HIN, GLN, ship-to, bill-to and address, queues uncertain lines for a person, and pushes rosters on each supplier's cadence. For pharmacy tiers it flags 340B hospitals barred from buying covered outpatient drugs through a GPO; your pharmacy and compliance teams decide.
It supports them. Under the GPO safe harbor, as of 2026, each provider member gets a written disclosure, at least annually, of what each vendor paid on its purchases. The build assembles those figures from reconciled fee reports; your compliance team and counsel approve them.
