WHAT WE DO

We leave a running operation, and we stay.

Your AI operating partner for the long term. We define, design, build, run and manage the technology layer inside your business.

Before and after. Paid staff time spent by hand today, in rows for claims, payments, authorizations and eligibility, and files, rosters and audits, becomes three blocks once rebuilt and run with your team: automation takes the routine volume, AI reads, drafts and flags exceptions, and your team decides and stays accountable.
Table of what the spend leaves behind with a consultancy, a BPO or RCM vendor and an operating partner: what you pay for, who does the work afterward, what the board sees and where the know-how lives.

THE DEFINITION

What is an AI operating partner?

A firm that finds where AI and automation pay off inside an organization, then builds it, runs it and manages it inside that business for the long term. Reliable Group does this for mid-market payers, providers and healthcare services companies.

  • Consultancies leave a plan
  • Vendors leave a license to renew
  • We stay and run the work
Table by seat. CEO: growth needs hires, margin thins and AI pilots stall. CFO: denials, underpayments and cost to serve that tools have not moved. COO: backlogs, SLA misses and new hires to train. Board and investors: know-how held in a few heads. Beside each, what it looks like and what we build and run.

THE SEAT WE FILL

AI pilots stall when nobody owns the result

Tools get bought, pilots stall and backlogs stay, because no one owns the result. We fill that seat: set priorities, design around your systems, build or buy, then run and manage it as part of your team. We have built and run systems for clients since 1971.

  • Redesign the work before adding tools
  • Buy what can be bought
  • One owner for team and vendors
  • Measured before and after the change

Define. Design. Build. Run. Manage.

  1. Step 1: Define.

Six to eight weeks in one department, measured with Trace where approved, ending in a workflow map and a fixed-price proposal for the first build.

  2. Step 2: Design.

Workflows are redesigned around the systems you already pay for. We do not build what we can buy.

  3. Step 3: Build.

If you sign the proposal: rules-based automation first, AI for suitable unstructured work, people for judgment and accountability.

  4. Step 4: Run.

We operate what we build. Measured again after the change, so the result is demonstrated, not asserted.

  5. Step 5: Manage.

We manage the team, the vendors and the roadmap, and keep measuring each workflow after it changes.

What you own, and what we license

  • A handover that is already written.

Workflows are documented, measured and built around your systems, so your team can audit them, train on them or take them over.

  • Your workflows and data stay yours.

Your client-specific workflows, data and documentation are yours. Trace is Reliable Group software, licensed under the engagement; third-party tools keep their own license terms.

  • Your people on the decisions.

Your people move to exceptions and decisions. Added hands are hired and managed by us, in your entity or ours.
